A former Controller of a software development company contacted us to assist in her search for a new Controllership position. After a face to face meeting to determine her skills and career goals, we began marketing her background to several of our software client contacts. After presenting her to the CEO of an established software development company, we coordinated a series of interviews. He was so impressed with our candidate that he created a position for her to bring the accounting function in house. This alleviated the need of a CPA firm to perform their month end close.
